Brunswick Regional Water and Sewer H2GO has a 5-person Board of Commissioners, each with a 4-year term. The terms are staggered 3 one-year terms and 2 the next. Elections are held every other year. The next election will be held in November of 2025; at which time, three board seats will be up for election.

The public is welcome and invited to attend all Brunswick Regional Water and Sewer H2GO meetings to ensure open communications between the public and the elected officials.
The agenda is usually arranged so that public hearings on matters of general interest are held early during the meeting, therefore citizens do not have to wait to have their opinions and/or input heard.
