I desire that H2GO assign to Tenant (“Lessee”) all responsibilities for payment of fees and penalties as if he/she was the customer associated with this account. Nevertheless, I agree that if “Lessee” fails to pay any fees or penalties due in accordance with H2GO policy, then I will pay them on behalf of the “Lessee”. I understand that all outstanding balances on the account will have to be paid prior to a new lessee being assigned payment responsibility for this property’s water and/or sewer service. Furthermore, I agree to pay the monthly fee for this property’s water and/or sewer service when the property is vacant.
