H2GO’s Board of Commissioners Move to Voting Districts
3/17/2025 2:58:51 PM
In response to the North Carolina General Assembly Session Law 2024-38, amended General Statue 130A-50; on December 18, 2024, the Board of Commissioners passed Resolution 2024-12-01 creating 5 voting districts. These districts will allow for 1 resident within each district to serve on the Board. Each member will serve a 4-year term. These districts will have a staggard term start with districts 2, 3, and 4 starting this election year and districts 1 and 5 starting the next election year of 2027.
